h's Attorney, and {consent of the Court, a nolle prosequi was entered in the case of John M. Daniel and J. M. Hanna, indicted for libel. The presentment against the Richmond Typographical Society, charged with conspiracy, was dismissed. Dennis and Mary Leary, charged with stealing copper, zinc, &c., belonging to the Confederate States, were put upon examination. The testimony failing to establish the guilt of Dennis, he was discharged, but Mary, his wife, was remanded for trial beforeStates, were put upon examination.
