Rev. A. E. Dickinson, who was confined to the house for more than a month by typhoid fever, is now well enough to ride out in a carriage.--We saw him passing the office yesterday.--His numerous friends throughout the State will be glad to hear of his recovery. And this reminds us that another sufferer from typhoid fever, L. S. Hall, Esq., member of the State Convention from Wetesl county, is also now upon his last and locking wall.
