Good Prospect for Cheap Sheep Meat.
--The Central cars brought down, yesterday, some half dozen or more Pet Lambs, belonging to Ellsworth's gang of out throats, recently captured near Manassas.
They were carried to the War Department, thence to the prison depot on Main street.

--Says the Wilmington Journal:
One of Ellsworth's Zouaves had been assured that he should dine this week in Richmond.--Before he had a chance to pull trigger, a ball tumbled him over and he was taken to Richmond sure enough.
"Well," said he, "here I am in Richmond! " "But," added this pious and exemplary man, in his poetical style, "How the h — H am I to dine with a ball in my belly?"
