The following Ordinances of the Convention of this Commonwealth are published by its to amendment, modification, or repeal by this Convention or by the General Assembly of Virginia. Be it Ordained, That the Governor shall appoint one Cy and emoluments as a Major of infantry. This Ordinance shall be in force from the time of its adoption, and be subject to amendment, modification or repeal by this Convention or by the General Assembly.
