Shocking accident.
--The Tappahannock Southerner says that Mr. Joseph B. Evans, of King and Queen county, Va., met with a shocking and fatal accident, while riding in a sulky, near Carleton's Store, last Thursday week.
From some unknown cause the horse took fright and precipitated Mr. E. against a stump, literally disembowelling him, and causing his death almost instantly.
