City Council. --The regular monthly meeting of the City Council was held at 3 o'clock yesterday evening. Present Messrs Saunders, Glazebrook, Denoon, Haskins, Griffin, Wynne, Scott, Richardson, Talbott, Stokes, Burr, Hill, and Crutchfield.
