--Ranaway from the subscriber, on the 19th inst., my boy Austen.
The said boy is about 16 years old, about five feet high, and of a light brown complexion.
He took with him my dark bay horse, small in size, but compact and in good order.
Austen has a high forehead but narrow, and his hair extends very low on either side.
The above reward will be paid for his delivery to Messrs. Lee & Bowman, in Richmond, or secured in any jail, and the recovery of the horse. D. Scott, Bestland P. O., Essex co., Va. ja 25--ts

--Escaped from the jail of Lee & Bowman, on the night of the 31st January, Henry, a boy about 18 years old, of black complexion, stout and thick built; had on a blue military cap, and gray military jacket, with brass buttons.
