A Richmond Traitor. A correspondent writes to us that it should be known that Dr. George A. Otis, for several years a practicing physician in this city, is now a surgeon in one of the Massachusetts regiments under Burnside, and that this Dr.Otis is fully acquainted with all the region of country between here and Suffolk, and it may be expected that he will render the enemy great service in piloting him through to Richmond, should Burnside attempt an over land route.
