Arrests. --The city police on Saturday arrested R. N. Bione, for stealing a horse valved at $100, of L. A. Adams; and Alick, slave of William Tallaferro, for stealing two pairs of boots, valued at $80, from Jno. C. Page.--During Saturday and Sunday a number of persons were caged for drunkenness.
