The Senate was called to order at 10½ o'clock, Mr. Johnson in the Chair. Bills Reported.--A bill amending the charter of the town of Union, in the county of Monroe; a bill establishing a Board of Claims. A resolution proposed by Mr. Paxton, changing the hour of meeting from 10 to 11 o'clock, was voted down.
