Brackett; painted from sittings in 1854, and now in the custody of Edward A. Presbrey, Brookline. 7. Portrait, by W. Wight; painted in the winter of 1856-1857, and given to the Boston Public Library in 1874; has been engraved by S. A. Schoff. The artist made a copy in 1877, which is owned by Thomas Mack, of Boston. He also painted the head for Abraham Avery. 11. Bust, by E. A. Brackett; given to Harvard College in 1857
