Called meeting of the Council. --A meeting of the City Council was held yesterday afternoon. Present: Messrs. Saunders, Walber, Hill, Richardson, Denoon, Clopton, Epps, and Burr. The President announced the death of M. L. Stratton, long an officer of the city, and late First Auditor.
