Escapes from the Lincolnites. Lieutenant S. E. Powers and Sergeant Robert Hamill, of the Metropolitan Police, and Captain Jeffries and Mr. William O'Nell, citizens of Baltimore, made their escape from Maryland a few days ago, and succeeded in reaching this city. While they lay concealed in the bushes on the Maryland shore, they saw a Federal propeller pass in the river; but, waiting for a convenient opportunity, they all came over together in a canoe. They bring no news that has not been anticipated, except that Dan Sickles's thieving brigade has left the southern counties, to the great joy of the inhabitants no doubt.
