From east Tennessee. Morristown, Feb. 6th.
--Private George Smith, Co. A, 13d Ala, regiment, was shot to-day for desertion.
Giltner's brigade made a dash upon the enemy's out posts on Thursday, in which they captured eleven and killed eight Yankees.
The trains are now running to this point.
