Company D, 11th Virginia Regiment.[For the Richmond Dispatch.] At a meeting of this company, held in camp, this 8th day of June, 1862, Capt. W. W. T. Coghill, was called to the chair, and Lieut. John S. Taylor appointed Secretary; and the object of the meeting having been explained, the following preamble and resolutions were unanimously adopted.
