Welcome.
--An artillery company, numbering ninety men, uniformed in grey, arrived in this city yesterday from King William county.
The company is commanded by Capt. Thos. H. Carter.
The men, who were all stout, able-bodied fellows, were mustered into service on the Capitol Square, near the State Court-House.
Old King William has put some of her best men in the ranks of this company, and we shall be surprised if they do not make an impression on the enemy.
Like all Southern soldiers, the members of the company are gentlemen.
