Another seizure. --The schooner Ocean Wave was boarded in Hampton Roads on Monday night, by some men sent off in a boat from the frigate Cumberland. They took charge of the vessel, and deprived the captain of about two bushels of rock fish, worth here about $6, for which he was paid $1. After this gallant exploit of the Yankees, and the seizure of the valuable cargo, the Ocean Wave was allowed to proceed on her voyage, and in a few hours arrived at this port.--Norfolk Argus.
