Montgomery, one of the most desperate of the Free State leaders in the Territorit. Montgomery and his company have commenced operations in Kansas again by hanging and killing their opponents and threateniforth with dispatched ordering the United States troops in Kansas to such points necessary for the protection of the land ofwar of extreme ferocity on the law-abiding citizens of Southern Kansas, in the counties of Lima and Bourbon.--These arrived bty about one month since, in boxes marked as donations for Kansas sufferers.
