Prince Arthur. --The royal dame of Britain having married off her eldest Prince, and seen him settled, and having made her second a promising hope of the British navy, is now engaged in bringing up her third "in the way he should go." She intends shortly to send Prince Arthur to Oxford, where he will be entered at Christ Church College.--He is destined, it seems, for the army, and will be commissioned as soon as he reaches the proper age. He was at Blackheath not long ago, and while sojourning there he was taken two or three times a week to Woolwich, to have the benefit of that good military school. He has manifested a great predilection for the army from his earliest childhood.
