idate for Governor, and the whole Union ticket has from 10,000 to 15,000 majority. Baltimore, Nov. 6.--Evening. --The election in the city passed off without any disturbance. Over two hundred arrests were made of parties charged with treasonable conduct. Many, however, were subsequently discharged. The whole vote in the city reached about 20,000. Washington county, it is estimated, gives 2,000 majority for Bradford. Hartford county gives a large Union majority. Frederick county also. The Union majority in the State will be very large. Elkton, Cecil county, gives a Union majority of 1,000. Bradford's (Union majority has not yet been ascertained, but will not fall short of 15,000. Frederick, Nov. 6--Noon.--The election is proceeding quietly. There is no disturbance, and no armed military near the polls. The Union ticket is thus far six hundred ahead in Frederick county.
