A heavy business, by the way, is now done upon the Norfolk and Petersburg Railroad, it being difficult to accommodate all the demands for transportation thereon. A meeting of the friends of the States' Rights candidates for Congress in this Congressional District, was held yesterday in the Atlantic Hotel, and a harmonious consultation was held.
