More Southern troops. --Yesterday morning thirty-six recruits for the army of the Southern Confederacy reached Portsmouth, Va., in the Baltimore boat, and took the cars on the Seaboard and Roanoke Railroad for Weldon. Quite a number of persons in that city joined the party, and as the train passed up High street they were cheered at various points.
