o, 17 valuable Slaves, embracing men, women and children. The said farm is so well known that a minute description is deemed unnecessary. Suffice it to say, that it is, from its location and other qualities, regarded as a valuable estate. A plat and survey will be exhibited at the hour of sale. The Slaves are, for the most part, young and likely. Terms.--For the real estate, one-fourth cash; balance at 12, 18 and 24 months, for negotiable notes interest added, secured by a trust deed, or title retained.
