The Empress of Austria. --The Ost Deutsche Post says that the health of the Empress of Austria demands that she should spend the winter in Madeira. Her condition is not imminently dangerous; but her physicians think that the moist climate of Venice, and the dust caused by the building operations going on in the city, would have a disagreeable effect upon Her Majesty, and that she had better pass the winter in a milder latitude.--So she will make a long sea voyage. She set out on the 9thAustria demands that she should spend the winter in Madeira.
