The Citizens of Manchester meet to-night for the purpose of forming a "Home Guard." The necessity of such organizations, in these squally times, must be apparent to our friends on the south side of the river, and we trust that the young men of Chesterfield will respond liberally to the call of Manchester.
We are requested to state that the Mr. A. A. Cheatham alluded to in a card published in the Dispatch a few days since, is not Mr. Albert A. Cheatham, resident of Manchester, and Route Agent on the Richmond and Weldon Railroad.
