nth District. Botetourt, Roanoke, Montgomery, Floyd, Pulaski, Giles, Craig, Mercer, Monroe, Greenbrier Raleigh, and Fayette shall confederate the Twelfth District. Wythe, Smyth, Gravson, Washington, Scott, Lee, Wise, Bachanan, Mellowell, Hogewell, Bland, and Russell shall constitute the Thirteenth District.
