Wm. Hutchinson, who was charged with violently entering Dan Murphy's house, with the supposed design of assaulting that individual, had his case continued until to-day.
William Irwin, a lad, charged with purloining $29 from some unknown person, was sent to jail in default of surety for his good behavior.
