$200 reward. --On Thursday last whiled was in the War Department on business, I sent my servant, Austin, who is no wall known in Richmond, to the post-office, since which time I have not seen him or been able to obtain any information of his whereabouts. If he has been impressed I will give $20 to any person who will inform me where he is. If he has been kidnapped, I will give $100 for his recovery.
