Drowned man found.
--The body of a man named Henry Strants was found yesterday in the Dock, foot of 17th street. Strauss was a musician in a Confederate regiment.
The Coroner being informed of the circumstance, ascertained that he had walked into the Dock while intoxicated, on Wednesday night, and declined to hold an inquest on the remains.
