Runaway--$50 reward. --Ran away from the subscriber, in Henrico county, my servent Smith. Said negro is about 30 years old, black polite when spoken to. He has lost part of one ear; was purchased in Richmond last January and came from Fauquine county. Runaway in jail --Was committed to the jail of Henrico county, as a runaway, a negro boy named Jim, as the property of John Montgomary, of the county of York, Va. The said boy is about 18 years old 5 feet 7 inches high, with gown skin; had on when committed a full suit of gray Virginia clothing. He is about 23 years of age, about five feet, seven inches high, very black, large thick lips has under one turns entirely over, and large feet and hands. He has been engaged in driving from my farm, in Henrico to the city of Richmond for several years past.--He may be lurking about the city, or in come to the camps around.
