Mr. Vallandigham--his Views and Purposes. Chattanooga, May 29. --Valandigham is still at Shelbyville. He says that, whilst as an exile he is confident of kind and hospitable treatment and consideration from the generous and hospitable people, he desires to avoid all public appearance or demonstration and to live in somer act, whilst here, or on his return to Ohio, inconsistent with the relations he sustains towards the South during his sojourn amongst us.
