--Patrick Quinn, employed as watchman at the C. S. Laboratory, was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday, charged with beating his wife, Anne.
Mrs. Quinn entreated the Mayor in spare Pat this time, as she was sure be would not do the like again.
He was therefore discharged with an admonition.
