Mayor's Court. --The docket in this Court yesterday morning was an unusually long one; but His Honor seemed to be in the humor for work, and was not long in disposing of the cases before him. The charge against John M. French, of stealing $1,900 in Confederate money from John W. Weeley, on Sunday morning last, was taken up, and witnesses examined. The complainant, who is a member of the 4th Georgia regiment, testified that he stopped on Saturday night at the Arcade Saloon, and that taving his money there; but, before he could get into the room, he had again gone down the steps.--He immediately went to the head of his bed and lifted up the pillow, and finding that his money was gone, suspicion was immediately directed towards French. As soon as he could do so, he informed his landlord of what had happened, and together they went in pursuit of the accused, but did not find him.
