Accident from Gunpowder. --On Monday evening, while some children were amusing themselves making "spit devils" in a room at the Arlington House, a powder flask half full of power exploded in the hands of a son of Major Wm. H. Fry, about ten years old, burning his face, arm, and side very badly, and according several other children quite severely. The only wonder is that one or more of the children were not killed on the spot.
