Newell Woodward (search for this): article 16
Scalded to death in Hot Glue.
--A few days ago, a little son of Mr. Newell Woodward, of Newton Centre, Mass., while running over some boards covering a vat of melted glue, fell into the vat by the displacement of a board, and was so dreadfully scalded that although immediately extricated, he died twelve hours afterward!
Strange to say, he seemed to experience no suffering, and was able to give the particulars of the accident.
