Church, embracing three Conferences — the Baltimore, the East Baltimore, Philadelphia, and a portion of Western Virginia--was convened in Baltimore Wednesday, to take into consideration the adoption of the new chapter in the book of discipline, making slavery a test question in the matter of admission to membership.
