--The New Orleans Delta notices the death of a venerable relic of the ancient regime of New Orleans and Louisiana--Louis Bouligny — who died on Saturday, at the age of eighty-one.
A veteran of 1814-'15, and a native of New Orleans, without changing his residence, he lived successively through the dominion of Spain, France, and the United States, and died in the Republic of the Confederate States.
He was the centre of one of the largest and oldest families in the State.
