Rosin.
--Brigadier-General French, the officer in command at Wilmington, N. C., has issued the following order:
The general order issued in reference to the removal of naval stores, cotton, &c., beyond the reach of the enemy, having been disregarded by the owners of various lots of rosin within the limits of the city, it is hereby ordered that a force sufficient for its removal to some point of safety, or where it necessary, it can be effectually destroyed, be detailed without delay.
If owners fail to remove it at once, it shall be done by the city authorities at the expense of the owners, and no claim from the owners thereof shall be held hereafter for injury or damage.
