The Medical Examining Board on an excursion.
--The members of the Medical Examining Board for the Bureau of Conscription, who have been constantly sitting in this city for the past six or eight months, indulged themselves yesterday in an excursion to Ashland.
They took the early train for that place at the Fredericksburg Depot, and will not return to Richmond before the latter part of the week.
