President Fuller said, there was no difficulty on his mind. He voted here for himself, upon his solemn convictions of duty, his conscience and before God. It mattered not woards, postpone or alter the place of the meeting of the Convention, when it may be deemed by him inexpedient to convene at the time or place appointed.
