διάληψις , later διάλημψις , in Doricized form διάλα_μψις (q.v.), εως, ἡ, (διαλαμβάνω)
A.grasping with both hands: ἐκ διαλήψεως, opp. ἐκ καταφορᾶς, as thrusting to cutting, Plb.2.33.6.
