I. To ask through in succession, to ask one after another (perh. not ante-Aug.): “sententias,” Liv. 29, 19; Tac. H. 4, 9; Suet. Aug. 35.—
II. Transf., to carry through, to pass (a law) after proposing it: “tribunus plebis legem perrogavit,” Val. Max. 8, 6, 4; 1, 2 ext. 1.
