Zelēa

Ζέλεια). An ancient city of Mysia, at the foot of Mount Ida, and on the river Aesopus, eighty stadia from its mouth, belonging to the territory of Cyzicus. It was the headquarters of the Persian army at the time of Alexander's invasion ( Anab. i. 13).
