τὰ δίκαια ‘In our rights,’ a somewhat anomalous accusative which seems to depend on some suppressed participle like ἀποδόντες or παρασχόντες. Mr Mayor (p. 244) regards it as a cognate accusative. The same phrase occurs in Or. 54 § 2; 27 § 3; 38 § 2.
