ὡς καὶ τοῖς τότε δικασταῖς, κ.τ.λ. ‘as if, in fact, you meant to dispute the previous verdict’. οἱ τότε δικασταί are the judges who are now trying the case, but who, at the time denoted by ἀπιστήσων, will be ‘the former judges’, whose verdict he will then seek to upset. It seems unnecessary to conjecture τοῖσδε τοῖς or τοῖς ἐνθάδε. μηδὲ πλέον...μηδ᾽ ‘even if I am acquitted (so far from being finally saved) I am not even benefited’.
