Freshet.

--On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, of last week, Shenandoah county, Va., was visited by the heaviest rains that have fallen for six months. The North branch of the Shenandoah, and its tributaries, overflowed their banks in many localities, and the crops of corn have been considerably damaged. Wheat, in the bottom lands, was also injured to some extent.
