--John Gentry, a teamster, was arraigned before the Mayor, yesterday morning, to answer the charge of assaulting and beating John A. Houseman. The parties had words in a ballon, about treats lost and won, and ending by the defendant's throwing the complainant on the floor, and giving him a slight choking. The Mayor, on hearing all the parties, dismissed the warrant.
