Resignation — Mexican News, &c.

New Orleans, Jan, 28.
--Judge McCaleb, of the Federal District Court, has resigned, on account of the secession of the State.

The Tennessee, from Vera Cruz on the 23d, with city of Mexico advices to the 19th, has arrived.

The Constitutional Government was in full operation.

Passports had been sent the Spanish Minister, the Papal Nuncio, and the Charges from Guatemala and Ecuador. This had caused great excitement among the Spaniards. The American Legation had been removed to the Capitol.
