There was a decided change in the weather yesterday. The summer breezes of the past few days gave place to a keen northern blast, almost as potential as the one gotten off at Washington by the great representative Ape from the Sucker State. We may not see the last of winter till March bids us adieu — and it will be remembered that the present month owes us an instalment of equinoctial gales, due and payable about the 21st inst.
