Halifax, March 9.

--The steamer Niagara, from Liverpool on the 23d ult., has arrived here. She called at Queenstown on the 24th.

In the British Parliament the Government denied the charge of invading the rights of Canada in the Anderson case.

A bill had been introduced in the Italian Parliament making Victor Emmanuel King of Italy.

The steamer Great Eastern was to sail again for New York in April.

The commercial advices by this arrival are the same as by the steamer Prince Albert.
